Whether it is just you and your significant other or a group of friends and family, your vacation time and budget are precious. To make the most of your vacation days and nights, we design and customize every travel itinerary to your group’s unique desires.

Flights:

American, Continental, Delta, Taca and others major airlines offer daily flights to Managua International Airport. Nicaragua is in the Central Time Zone, so visitors can typically avoid jet lag altogether. In most cases, you can leave in the AM and be relaxing by the pool in the PM.

What If We Don’t Have Time For A 8-Day/7-Night Vacation?

Shorter or different versions of our itineraries can be created to meet your group’s unique needs. For example, we can shorten the stay to as little as 4 days and 3 nights and still provide a great experience.

Included In Most Itineraries

Although every group’s itinerary is a little bit different, the following are typically part of every package we create.

  • Airport transfers
  • Luxury, private rooms with queen beds, AC, WIFI & other amenities
  • At least 3 specially prepared, healthy meals per day
  • All snacks, soft drinks, Flor de Caña Rum, Toña Beer, & Gatorade
  • Daily excursions with experienced, knowledgable guides
  • Daily yoga and surfing sessions
  • Conditions permitting, a 1/2 day boat trip is included in 7 and 8 day surfing packages
  • Use of Rancho Santana facilities including private beaches, pools, tennis courts, clubhouses, etc.
  • A professional electronic photo CD is included. A professional surf photographer is included for groups of 5 or more.
  • Checkout is typically 10AM on your last day
  • NOT INCLUDED: Airline, baggage or other transportation to and from Nicaragua, additional hotel room charges like mini-bar items, gift items and tips are NOT INCLUDED.

Pricing Matrix

The following table provides basic pricing per period for groups of 2 - 9+ people. Our average group is only 4 people, so you can expect an intimate, personalized travel experience every time.

When you add in the true cost of car rentals, condos, food, cooking etc. -- it just makes good dollars and sense to book with us. Plus when you consider the stress of being lost, language challenges, missing many of the best sites or traveling with a large group of total strangers in a bus on a rigid schedule, each of our packages is a genuine travel bargain.

    15% Seasonal Discount

    The conditions from September to March are typically beautiful in Nicaragua with plenty to do, lots of surf and fewer travelers. We get more rain in October, November is near perfect and December through March are typically sunny all day with stronger offshore winds and chest to head high swell. Bookings from September through March, including major holidays receive an additional 15% off.

    Families Save The Most

    When at least two adults book at the standard price, children 2 and under staying in the same room as their parents may stay free, children 3 - 12 receive a 50% discount and children age 12-18 receive a 25% discount.

    Couples Save More

    Couples sharing a single room and traveling without children can each take an additional 10% off the normal per person price.

    Everyday Options:

    Additional services including horseback rides, massages, night crawls to area pubs and more can be arranged for what is typically a small, additional charge.

    Plus full and half day trips, fishing, sunset cruises, birding excursions, shopping, and other tours are also available for an additional charge.

    Pending our availability and when booked with a stay at Ventana a las Olas, additional 3 - 5 day trips may be available.

    Surf Northern Nicaragua

    Pending conditions, drive North to surf central and northern Nicaragua.

    Ometepe Volcano and Ecotour

    Journey by ferry to the twin volcanoes of Ometepe in Lake Nicaragua for hiking, water falls and ancient hieroglyphs.

    Corn Island Snorkeling and Scuba Trip

    Fly to the Corn Islands off the Caribbean Coast for turquoise water, white beaches and stunning reefs.

    Rio San Juan Jungle & Fishing Experience

    Fly to the Rio San Juan River area for big game fishing, jungle experiences, important historical sites and world famous primitive paintings.
