Nicaragua is in the central time zone and serviced by various airlines including Taca and American so it is relatively easy to maximize your water time without a lot of time changes or killer layovers. Most US cell phones work in Nicaragua and we provide WIFI access to the internet, so it’s typically easy to stay in touch with the folks in the US.
Ventana a las Olas is designed to accommodate groups with a maximum of 6 individuals, one per bedroom, or groups of up to 4 couples, one couple per bedroom. Each individual or couple has their own private room with a queen sized bed, AC, private bath and endless sunset views.
There is a minimum of 2 individuals required to book the vacation rental. Waterways can not create groups for this property. Call for special arrangements for longer stays, weddings, yoga retreats, families with small children or special events.

Day trips to volcano, shopping, and eco-tours are also available. Additional services including horseback rides, massages, etc. can be arranged at additional cost. Pending bookings, an additional Friday night may be added at a reduced rate.

WaterWays books Ventana a las Olas for you and your group. Final individual pricing is based on final size of your group so it to your advantage to bring your friends and family along. Packages run Saturday to Friday. Airport pick-up Saturday afternoon. Airport drop-off Friday afternoon. Depending on group’s flight schedules, pre and/or post nights in Managua can be easily arranged. Prices do not include international airfare or travel insurance. |
2010 FAMILY & COUPLES FRIENDLY PRICING |
Family Pricing: When at least two adults book at the standard price, children under 12 receive a 50% discount and children age 12-18 receive a 25% discount. Maximum of 2 guests per room.
Couples Pricing: Couples sharing a single room and traveling without children can each take an additional 10% off the normal per person price. Maximum of 2 guests per room. |
