We limit the number of guests to six individuals or four couples to ensure peace and tranquility in our tropical garden setting.

Ventana a las Olas is close to home and in the Central Time Zone so no jet lag.  Served by most major airlines, you can typically hop on a plane in the AM and be surfing or chilling in the pool with an ice cold drink well before sunset.

Your beautiful, upscale villa sits among the trees on a ridge overlooking jungles, rolling hills, beaches and spectacular sunsets. Built by local craftsmen, every room features stone floors, high arches and ceilings, fans, AC, mahogany furniture, artwork by local artisans and endless views.  The spacious family common areas include central living and dining space, kitchen, swimming and soaking pools.  Each of the seven bedrooms has a queen sized bed, private bathroom and covered lanais. 

For those who can’t totally escape the real world, most U.S. cell phones work in the area and we offer high speed WIFI and U.S. cable TV with “whole house” generator back-up.

Your stay with Ventana a las Olas includes access to additional facilities common to the Rancho Santana development including a beachside restaurant and bar, gym, tennis courts, pools, garden areas and five private beaches.

Along with the luxury accommodations, Ventana a las Olas provides a private cook and three + specially prepared, healthy meals per day, super snacks, soft drinks, Tona beer and Flor de Cana rum.  Each meal is prepared in a second kitchen allowing your group to relax without being disturbed by meal preparation.   Plus if you needed it, your package includes daily surf guide service, a boat trip to more remote locations, airport transfers, local sight seeing and more.
