The Surf Dawgs and myself especially, wish to
thank you for an
absolutely fantastic week at Salani. You and your
staff did an exceptional job in
accommodating our group. Your willingness, and
ability to handle the
extra surfers was in particular appreciated.
This was the first camp that provided a large
variety of "other" activities. The cultural
experiences were indeed special and memorable.
I still have nightmares about finishing off the
"entire" plate of food.
You run a clean, solid operation and a lot of
that credit can be directly attributed to your
management style. We were impressed.
Looking forward to another Waterways trip,
Ty

Hows this ...Great hospitality, relaxed environment,
mad waves....cant wait for the next trip!
Cheers,

I just wanted to say that I had a great time in both Fiji and Samoa, although each quite different. Namotu is a first class resort that caters to the guest and the staff are just so nice. You certainly don't need any additional commentary on that. The group was also a great combination of people and interests (besides surfing!) always supporting each other out in the water. Thank you so much.
Savaii is a beautiful island and I believe will be the next 'undiscovered' surf resort. Keith and his family were wonderful hosts and he has an enormous surfing background that spans 40+ years and I loved to hear the stories of discovering Fiji, surfing Tamarind bay plus his knowledge of the conditions on Savaii.
There were only a few surfers on the island, local families actually waved at us countless times as we drove around the island. These were honest feelings from the locals and no one asked for money. The surf conditions are varied and not too heavy for intermediate surfers but for guests wanting barrels Keith can look at the winds and swell finding just the right spot for them as well.
My preconceived notion of Samoa was that all the waves were heavy and I ventured there with some anxiety. The swell wasn't epic, just a wind swell that the break out front picked up but you could see the potential.
Keith also showed us the 20+ breaks on the island and where to ride if you were on a 'Mel' (I didn't know this but it stands for Malibu or slang for a long board) or short performance boards.
One of the other surfers on the island said the previous week it had been 10-15 ft and Keith knew where to go so that the waves were 4-6 ft and he had a great time. I certainly would love to return and I don't feel Savaii should be limited to only the best of surfers.
Thank you again. Brian

We had the best time. Everything was perfect. You and your staff, on the booking side, kept us up to date and answered our multiple questions prior to departure.
The staff at Salani were professional and cool. From the pick-up at the airport, boat transfers, food, accomodations, extra activities, they were the best.
The waves were glassy, clean and head high to overhead everyday.
Thanks for a great trip!!!
