This week has produced some solid south swells at some of our top destinations and has activated our swell alerts.  The surfline extended forecast is showing more south swells on the way and expected to start hitting next weekend!

Chicama, Peru

Chicama is currently seeing a southwest swell in the 6 – 8 ft range and clean conditions.  There is another swell on tap for the following weekend.  This point break is known around the world as perhaps the longest wave in the world and with this much swell it is truly a dream wave!

Punta Roca, El Salvador

Currently this top notch right point break is seeing a long period swell from the SSW with light winds from the SSW, surf heights are in the 6 – 8 ft range.

Tavarua, Fiji

Tavarua Island is currently seeing a large long period swell from the SSW with light SE winds.  Surf heights are expected to be pumping in the 10+ ft range with solid waves on tap through next week.

Namotu Left, Fiji

Namotu Island, just a short boat ride from Tavarua is getting the same pumping 10+ ft surf as Tavarua.  From 6 to 15 feet, Namotu Left can be the thrill of a lifetime, but from 2 to 6 feet a short board, fish, longboarder or SUPper’s paradise.

Nicaragua – Pacific Side

Nicaragua is currently seeing a solid long period swell from the SSW in the 8 to 10 ft surf height range with clean conditions in the morning and winds picking up in the afternoon.  This south swell will stay pretty consistent through the beginning part of next week.
