For years surfers on Bali gazed east, wondering about the fantastic surf discoveries that must lay waiting across the mysterious Lombok Strait and on toward Sumbawa. Our exclusive yacht charters let you retrace the voyages of those early surf explorers-and even make a few discoveries of your own in these still-wild Indonesian islands.

When you up anchor and ship out of Bali, its hard to describe the feeling of adventure when you get to Uluwatu and turn left, setting a course across the Lombok Strait. Full days of exploration follow, with an incredible variety of waves to choose from: Yo-Yos, two super-consistent rights that virtually guarantee great waves even when the swell is down, Super Suck, one of the cleanest left barrels you've ever seen, Scar Reef, an intense left freight-train that definitely ups the ante, and finally Desert Point, one of Indonesia's premier waves, considered by many (Jim Banks and Mark Occhilupo among them) to be the world's best left. And these are just the major spots-Lombok's south coast is still virtually untapped when it comes to rideable waves, and we access them all.
