With the increasing popularity of the Mentawai chain, the search for surf perfection has been pushed farther and farther North into the Telos, Hinakos and beyond. The search began by boat, and continued with arduous overland exploration. The search was not in vain as this region has produced an abundance of world-class surf, with world-class conditions and empty lineups. Depending on your final trip choice, your adventure within Indonesia will begin in either Padang or Medan, Sumatra.

If traveling by boat is your preference, the best and most convenient option is aboard Yacht Bohemian.  Bohemian charters the region including the Banyaks, Treasure Island, Hinakos, Nias and occasionally mainland of N.
