Dude, Double overhead the first day and mostly
a couple of feet overhead every other day with
perfect conditions every day. Punta Roca is insane.
Mango is insane. Flores was super fun. El Zonte
was playful. Sunzal was weak (although huge)
Best surf trip (relative to hastle) I have ever
had
Tell Ricardo that Hava and Mario deserve a raise!
Thanks a million for the hook up

Wanted to drop you guys a line and thank you
so much for hooking us up on the El Salvador trip.
Without a doubt the best Central American surf
trip I have ever been on without even mentioning
the fact that we surfed great waves every day.
The most hassle free trip ever. Ricardo and Mario
did an absolutely outstanding job. They guided
us on where to surf, what to eat, local history
and were eager to surf all day.
Our group felt completely safe at all times. We
never encountered a single problem. The local
El Salvadorians both surfers and non surfers when
presented with a smile and a cool attitude were
welcoming and stoked to see us. The accommodations
were way above what we all expected. A complete
experience from airport pickup to drop-off.
An epic trip!!!!!
I'm trying to figure out how soon I can go back!!!
Thanks a ton,
Jason Forrest
I want to thank you for setting up my trip to El
Salvador with
Epic Surf Adventures and the Casa Mar
Hotel. I went down in the latter part
of June and had epic waves every day.
I surf a longboard and every day it
seemed like I was at my limit - I could
have brought my gun.
Ricardo Rivas of Epic Surf
Adventures is an amazing guy. He's very friendly
and helpful. Even though the political climate
is stable in that country there are still
places you don't want to be and I felt Ricardo
safely kept us in the right places at the
right times. He surfed with me every day
and the trip he took us to the mountains
was fantastic. This guy is easy to get
along with and really talented and smart.
He knows where the waves are and when to
be on them.
I met some guys from Texas using a competitor's surf guide and they
were bummed. One day their guide didn't
even show up.
The hotel was really
nice and clean with a great staff. Everyone
was friendly and helpful. The break out
front, El Sunzal, was really big every
day. That break is crowded most days just
like back home. It must be too close to
town. Going up the coast a little dropped
the crowd down appreciably.
Thanks again for hooking me up to a great trip. As is
always the case with the numerous trips
I've done with your company there were
no hassles and everything was as you said
it would be. You don't see that much these
days and it is very refreshing when it
happens. The only thing different than
you told me was the waves were a lot bigger
and heavier than I expected and that's
a good thing!
